Tuition and Registration Policy
Classes Registration: The Non-Refundable Registration Fee($35) for the Session is due at the time of Registration. The first month tuition is due by the first day of class. If you have any questions about this process, you can email solagym@gmail.com before the first day of classes. Go to your Parent Portal click on the "I Want to" drop down menu then click "Make a Payment." You can make a payment online. If this is not done, payment will be taken by SoLa Gymnastics via the credit card you put on file the day after your first class. If paying with a check, please bring a check to the first class and place it in the tuition mailbox by the office door.
Monthly Payment Policy
Classes Registration: Payment for monthly tuition is due the first class of each month. You can pay by check by placing a check in the tuition box by the office door. Make checks payable to SoLa Gymnastics. You can pay online through the Parent Portal. You can also mail a check to SoLa Gymnastics, 114 Lafferty Dr. Broussard, LA 70518. If payment is not received by the first full week of each month, payment will be taken by SoLa Gymnastics on the Saturday after the first full week of each month via the credit card provided online at registration. If credit card is denied, SoLa Gymnastics will notify the parent or guardian and payment is due before the gymnast can attend their next class.
Session Policy
Classes Registration: Tuition is due each month for the duration of the Session. There are two sessions, Fall and Spring. The Fall Session is the months of August, September, October, November, and December. The Spring Session includes the months of January, February, March, April and May. If your child misses a class or does not complete the Session for any reason, tuition continues for the entirety of that Session. If, in December, you would like to continue at SoLa Gymnastics, there is no registration fee for the Spring Session and the payment policy continues for the Spring Session. If, in December, you decide to discontinue membership at SoLa Gymnastics, we must be notified by the end of November. If in May, you would like to continue into the Summer Session, a new registration Fee is required and a re-enrollment is required. For the Summer Session, the entire tuition of June and July is required at the begining of the Summer Session.
A thirty day notice is required to end membership for all sessions. If your child does not complete a session for any reason, membership and tuition continues until the spot is taken by another student.
Summer Camp Tuition Policies
For Camp Registration: There is no Registration Fee for the Summer Camps. The full or part of the tuition may be paid at the time of registration. The full tuition is due two weeks before the begining of the camp. If you register your child within the two weeks prior to the begining of the camp, full tuition is due at the time of registration.
